We are limited as to the way we can charge for work, and the way that this work is performed. Essentially, We cannot legally bid a price for, and agree to do a single job in which "the aggregate contract price specified in one or more improvement contracts, including all labor, services, and materials to be furnished by us, exceeds the $1,000 limit set by the state of NV".
- WE CAN: do ALL types of home repairs as long as the TOTAL LABOR PRICE IS LE$$ THAN $1,000!!!
WE CAN:
Execute large and small projects for an hourly wage, as long as we are employed by the homeowner under the stipulations identified under the definition of "Owner-Builder" per state laws.
WE CAN NOT:
Contract for any amount of money where the aggregate of labor & services exceeds $1,000.00
UNLESS HIRED DIRECTLY BY THE PROPERTY OWNER under the stipulations of "Owner - Builder" as described in the Nevada state law.
